It's been an annual tradition for years.. Always a great time... Less $$$ compared to other surrounding festivals... The schedule isn't as loaded with the huge stars as the big festivals but, still great entertainment in a reasonably family friendly environment.. is there drinking and having fun? Absolutely... It's still a festival in WI. But the staff/security do maintain order to keep it safe and fun for all. A fraction of the number of spectators of the bigger fests also..so you can always find a good spot to put your lawn chair and cooler... oh ya... they also still allow carry-ins... 2 thumbs up PCF...
Bunch of underage kids drinking and not knowing how to control themselves. Went one day/night never again would i waste the money
