My online order wasn’t received two days after being placed. I was told by Everard's that "I shouldn't order flowers from them online and should call them in only”. When I asked if they could contact the web service for the order they stated they didn't know how. They couldn't refund my money, which was billed as verified by my CC company. I suggested they remove their webstore if they don't want orders placed that way. They did apologize but made no attempt to remedy the issue or provide support for the web order despite the reference number provided. They also didn't offer a credit or anything. I'm now left dealing with the webstore direct or contacting my credit card company to have my money refunded. I can't comment on the product as I never received one but can say the customer service/web order competence is zero. Good luck with your orders.
I don't live in town but I order flowers for my grandmother from Everard's. Flowers have always arrived on time. When I was visiting and got an arrangement, they were very courteous.
I ordered my friend's family flowers after a family member passed and they called me VERY RUDELY, first saying that I messed up and was supposed to give them my friends number to call them to make sure they were home but I wanted them as a surprise and said they would be home around 6pm. Then they said well we close at 5pm and so I just told them to leave it on their porch. She then said ok and hung up. She was super rude on the phone about everything I asked. NEVER ordering from them again. You would think that spending $50+ on flowers to be delivered for a mourning family they would be a little nicer. Just glad she didn't call them being that rude!
YOU'LL GET BETTER FLOWERS AT A GAS STATION!!! This an absolutely terrible place. They don't know how to run a business. They substituted dahlias for carnations without notifying me and still charged the price of the dahlias. Then when they were called for a partial refund, they were threatening to go pick up the flowers they had already delivered! Don't ever waste your money at this place. Find another florist. They are exceptionally rude and charge for services not provided. I would have given them 0 stars if I had the option. What an absolute waste of money.
