I have to say two of your employees are part of the reason we come back there Darcy was amazing the other night she was by herself and had to sign up 4 people that I know of and still had to help all of us with tanning and stuff and kept a smile on here face the whole time never making us feel like she didn't want to help us she is awesome. Also the other person is Caty, we were on the treadmill and she was cleaning near us and we had some questions and she stopped what she was doing to answer all of them, she answered everything we asked without making us feel we were keeping her from doing her job. She always makes us feel welcome there remembers our names and makes us feel as if we were the only ones in there. They are the reasons we keep coming back thank you for having some of the best employees
Love the people that work there. They are always friendly and will greet me by name when I walk in. The gym and locker rooms are always clean. I've enjoyed my experience with this gym and plan on being a member in the future. The staff is exceptional!
My experience with Planet Fitness has been a positive one. I enjoy the variety of equipment that is offered. The facilities are clean and the staff is always smiling and willing to help. The people coming and going are of all different shapes and sizes so I don't ever feel self conscious doing my thing. I am not pressured; there is no monthly commitment and that is a selling point--they do not need to rope you in because they know you'll be so happy, you will keep coming even w/o a year long commitment. I am more than getting my money worth and I think it's awesome. I am so glad we have one and even happier I joined!
I was a guest of a friend who has a membership. It was awesome. Staff is polite & knows what they are talking about.
I have been going here pretty much since they opened. The staff is super friendly. Even on days when I don't want to go in and put in the work it's always rewarding after I go. So many options and plenty of help if you need assistance with anything. I'm not a morning person but every morning I go in there the staff always greats me and just super friendly!
