The room was comfortable. The heat was somewhat overbearing at times. The hotel normally has full breakfast, which is why we chose it. We didn't find out until arrival that they had canceled the hot breakfast. Since it was Christmas, our options to find breakfast were extremely limited.
The staff is so friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. I would highly recommend this Best Western.
Had dinner and and saw a comedy show last night. We had a great time! The steak on a stone is delicious and fun to cook at the table. The comedians we're awesome. Wonderful night out.
Just spent the weekend! Very clean room. One of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. Bathroom is small but doable. Very friendly staff. We did not like the free breakfast however. That could use some work!
Always enjoy visiting the Best Western Riverfront Inn. The rooms are large, clean and comfort. Last time we were there they were very slow on service for dinner, this year it was spot on. No waiting, food was not only delicious but hot!!
This place has saved my butt on more than one occasion. I do respite care for kids with special nreds. When no other local pool (the ymca and river cities included) would let us swim, this place not only let's us come and swim, they do it without charging obnoxiously large and insurmountable fees. Thank you so much for your amazing help in our community!!
