Signed up for taxi service to be taken to work and be picked up Mon - Fri. The first couple of days was fine. By the fourth day, I was informed that another person would have to be picked up and dropped off to work first. I said ok and had no problem with that. I didn't know that it was going to take 20 extra minutes in the taxi and I was going to be late for work. I was told that if I couldn't deal with the other person being picked up after me and taken to work first then this "taxi service was not for me" and I "should look for another service". I told the driver that I would cancel the morning pick-up and keep the afternoon pickup. Monday morning I take another service to work and call after work to see if I am scheduled to be picked up. They have no record of me being picked up and there will be a delay to be picked up. They were scheduled to pick me up at 4:00 and usually didn't show up until 4:30 or 4:45 anyway. I have just gone back to using the other taxi service in town even though the are 3 times as expensive. At least I can rely on them. And besides, the dispatcher, Karen, at Taxi Inc. is one of the most obnoxious and rudest people I have ever met in my life. Westlund is owned by the same person and if he has no interest in his customers being treated and talked to in a respectable or at least a polite manner then I won't be using either. I tolerated it for a year and a half but no more. Nothing changed. Still rude service. They are cheaper because they are funded by the city. M&M is always respectful and accommodating and they will have my business.
I use their shuttle services all the time for rides to Green Bay airport. Cheap, convenient for the family and highly reliable.
